Initial Consultation

  • A 60-90 minute one-to-one session where we discuss your goals, challenges, and current lifestyle. This gives us the full picture of where you are now and what’s most important to you.

Personalised Programme Layout:

  • A step-by-step plan designed specifically for you. This may include:
  • A personalised movement or exercise plan suited to your ability and goals
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance that’s simple, sustainable, and effective
  • Tools for improving focus, confidence, and emotional resilience
  • Daily structure and habit systems to create lasting consistency
  • Stress, sleep, and energy management strategies for better balance

What to Expect

Working with Building Wellness is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:


Short Questionnaire

You’ll begin by filling out a short form to share a little about yourself and your goals. This helps guide the conversation and ensures we understands what matters most to you.


Initial Consultation (€50)

A one-to-one session (in person or online) where you’ll have an open dialogue about the areas you’d like help with, whether that’s building routines, improving your health, finding balance, or boosting confidence. We will take notes and help you identify your top priorities.


Grace Period

You’ll have up to four weeks to decide if you’d like to move forward. If you wait longer than four weeks, a new consultation may be required in case your circumstances have changed.


Programme Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your full personalised 12-week programme will be delivered to you within 3–5 days.


Programme Overview

Each programme provides a clear and structured roadmap designed to bring you from where you are now to where you want to be. Following an initial consultation, we’ll outline a tailored plan focused on practical, achievable steps suited to your goals and lifestyle.  At week six, we’ll complete a mid-programme review either in person or online to assess your progress, refine your plan, and ensure continued improvement toward lasting results.




Option 1: Structured plan with tailored recommendations to follow at your own pace.

Option 2: Structured plan plus weekly follow-ups, check-ins, and WhatsApp support for accountability and motivation.

FAQs

  • Do I need to be very fit to start?

    No. Programmes are tailored to your current level, whether you’re a complete beginner or already active.

  • Is this only for men?

    No. Both men and women are welcome.

  • Is this therapy or medical advice?

    No. This is a wellness coaching, we are not therapists, doctors, or dietitians. We offer guidance in movement, mindset, and wellbeing, but will always recommend seeking professional medical care if needed.

  • What happens if I don’t go ahead after the consultation?

    There’s no obligation to continue. The consultation fee (€50) is separate and covers the time spent identifying your goals. If you choose not to continue, you’ll still leave with more clarity about your next steps.

  • How long will my programme last?

    Most programmes run for 12 weeks, but the structure is tailored to your goals.

  • How quickly will I get my programme?

    Your full programme will be delivered within 3–5 days after payment is confirmed.

  • What if I want extra support?

    That’s what the Ongoing Support Package (Option 2) is for, with weekly check-ins, WhatsApp guidance, and accountability built in.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Payment is due upfront before programme delivery. But allowance may be made depending on an individual circumances. 

  • What if my situation changes during the four-week grace period?

    If it’s been more than four weeks since your consultation, a follow-up consultation may be needed to ensure your programme still matches your lifestyle and needs.

  • Where do sessions take place?

    Initial consultations can be arranged in person in our Ballylongford Clinic or online, depending on what suits you best.
